KETO DIET: 

This is a special type of short term diet that contains very low carbs food. In this diet, you need to consume some types of food which have 3grams calories per 100 grams of the food. 

HOW KETO DIET WORKS: 

When someone consumes less than 50 grams of carbs a day, his/her body eventually runs out of fuel or blood sugar.  

Actually, this takes 4 to 5 days. Then you’ll start to break down fat and protein for energy, which can make you lose weight. Its called ketosis. 

It's important to follow a ketogenic diet for a short time or for a week that's focussed on weight loss rather than the pursuit of health benefits. 
You can also get a good result if you take food which contains 5-6gm of carbs of 100grams of food.

Veg food list for the keto diet :

1.collard, kale, mustard, spinach, Swiss chard, and turnip

1.Beef, chicken, game, lamb, pork, and veal
2. Bacon, hotdogs, organ meats, and sausage
3.Fatty fish and white fish 
4.Crab, shrimp, lobster, mussels, scallops, oysters, scallops, octopus, and squid
5.Sliced chicken, pancetta, ham, salami, pastrami, prosciutto, roast beef, speck, turkey, corned beef,
6.Sliced chorizo, pepperoni, and soppressata

Dairy food list for the keto diet:

1.Butter and ghee
2.Heavy cream
3.Softer cheeses 

So all of these foods are the best keto diet based food. You can add these foods in your diet and easily can lose weight.
