2. Dry yeast
3. Sugar
4. Salt
5. Oregano
6. Chilli flakes
7. Garlic
8. Vegetable oil
9. Butter
10. Mozzarella Cheese
11. Chopped coriander
12. Sweet corn

Preparation-

Take one cup of warm water and add one tsp sugar, then stir it, remember that water should be warm and not hot, now add 1 tsp active dry yeast and mix gently. The hot water might kill the yeast and it won't get activated properly so we'll use warm water. Then cover it and leave for 10 minutes, if the yeast doesn't get properly activated it won't give you a nice bread.

Take one cup of wheat flour to add 1 tsp salt,1 tsp oregano, and half tsp chili flakes give it a quick mix. Then add the yeast mixture and mix it well with your hands so you'll feel how much water should be used. Cause you need to make a sticky dough and you have to continue stretching it until it became dry and not so sticky.

Then put it in a bowl and apply some oil and then cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place so that it raises. It would take a minimum of 1 or 1½ hours.

Take 3 tsp butter to add 2 tsp grated garlic and 2 tbsp chopped coriander, the butter should be of room temperature so that you can mix it properly. Then keep it aside.

When the dough is ready again stretch it for 2 minutes. Then roll it and make roti or chapati, but it should be thicker than usual roti.

Then spread the butter mixture on it and leave the edges, then add mozzarella cheese on one side of the roti cause you need to fold it then. Add a thick layer of cheese and then add some sweet corn, you can add bell pepper also in it.

Add some water on the edges of the roti you can use your finger for this, then fold the other side and for using the water it will stick with the other side.

Then take a pan and place the bread on it, take a knife and make sections on the bread as you want. On the top again apply some more butter mixture, sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes.

Take a kadhai( big pot) and add 2 cups of salt in it, then place a stand on which you can put the pan of your bread, preheat the kadhai in medium flame for 10 minutes, then place the pan and cover and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
The salt in it Will help to bake the bread, do not over bake it unless the bread will become hard.

Check it after 10 minutes if it's not done then bake more, after that, you can add more butter on it if you want, then when it's done take it gently out of the pan. Your cheese garlic bread is ready to serve.
