What is KETO Diet?

KETO DIET: This is a special type of short term diet that contains very low carbs food. In this diet, you need to consume some types of food which have 3grams of carbs per 100 grams of the food.


*you also can take those foods which have 6grams carbs per 100 grams of the food.
When someone consumes less than 50 grams of carbs a day, his/her body eventually runs out of fuel or blood sugar.  
Actually, this takes 4 to 5 days. Then you’ll start to break down fat and protein for energy, which can make you lose weight. Its called ketosis.


KETO DIET for a day -

In Breakfast -


  • Black coffee without sugar
  • Lemon juice without any sugar

In Lunch-

  • Coconut Milk.
  • Keto Roti.
  • Cauliflower rice.

In Evening snacks-


  • Protein shake.
