His latest film is ‘Dishoom’, this film also became a hit and get success. John is the brand ambassador of Reebok and Yamaha. He also loves sports, like football. He also owns a football team that participates in ISL, which is NorthEast United Football Club. In an interview, he revealed that when he was 22 years old, he got the inspiration of fitness from Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky IV. His hobbies are biking and gymming.  
 His hight is 6’ and weight is 95kg. He has a chest of 48”, waist of 36” and biceps of 18”.

Meal 1

Breakfast-

  • 3 slice brown bread
  • 6 egg whites
  • Black coffee.

Meal 2(Take this after 2 hours of breakfast)

  • 1 scope of way protein
  • 250ml of milk

Meal 3

Lunch

  • 150grams of boil chicken
  • 2 Rotis
  • Vegetable sabzi
  • 1 Katori of dal

Meal 4  (You can take this around 5pm)

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • Mashed potatoes

Meal 5 (You can take this as  snacks)

  • 1 scoop of whey protein
  • 1 banana

Meal 6

Dinner:

  • 150 gram of fish
  • 200grams of brown rice (This is optional, you can have roti in place of rice )
