Ingredients-

1. Sliced bread
2. Chopped bell pepper
3. Chopped onion
4. Chopped carrots
5. Cucumber
6. Tomato
7. Mayonnaise
8. Salt
9. Black pepper Powder

Preparation-

• Heat up a pan and take 2 sliced bread then put it in the pan and toast properly.

• Then add some oil in a pan and when the oil heats up then add chopped carrots and stir it, cover the pan and leave it for 2 minutes, then add chopped onion and chopped bell pepper in it, stir it for 2 minutes then off the flame. The vegetables should be crunchy and not too much cooked.

• Then take a bowl and add the cooked veggies, with it add chopped fresh cucumber and tomatoes, add some salt and black pepper powder to taste. Add 2 spoon of mayonnaise ( or as much as you want). Mix them well.

• Then add the mixture of veggies on top of the toasted bread and make a sandwich. It's simple and delicious at the same time a healthy and quick breakfast option.

1. Sliced bread
2. Cream cheese
3. Chopped green chillies
4. Grated cucumber
5. Grated carrots
6. Black pepper powder
7. Salt
8. Chopped coriander leaves

Preparation-

• First, grate some cucumber and carrots, remove the excess water from the grated cucumbers using a tissue.

• Take a bowl and add 2 spoon of cream cheese, grated carrots, and cucumbers, add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, add some salt and black pepper powder to taste then mix them well.

• Take a pan and when it heats up add 2 bread slices and toast them.

• Then add the cream cheese mixture on top of the bread and make a sandwich. It's as simple as tasty and deliciously creamy. One of the best breakfast options when you are in a hurry.

3. Chopped onion
4. Chopped cucumber

6. Chopped coriander leaves

8. Boiled potatoes
9. Salt
10. Black pepper Powder

Preparation-

• First grate the boiled potatoes in a bowl then add all the chopped veggies with it, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green chillies, cabbage, and coriander leaves. You can add any of your favourite veggies.

• Add some salt and pepper to taste then mix them well.

• Take a pan and when it heats up add 2 bread slices and toast them. If you want you can use brown bread for that you don't need to toast them.

• Then add the veggies mixture on top of the bread and make a sandwich. It's easy healthy and tasty and a good option for those who are allergic to dairy products like cheese.
