                   Noodles are one of the famous food in the world. It is made by wheat flour, But in the southern part of China, people used to eat noodles, that's made by rice flour.  We used 3types of sauce in this recipe, they are, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, soya sauce. We have given step by step method, by which you can easily make this Chinese noodles in your home.

Restaurant-style Chinese noodles


1. Chopped carrots
2. Chopped bell pepper
3. Chopped cabbage
4. Sliced onions
5. Chopped ginger garlic
6. Sliced green chilies
7. Tomato sauce
8. Red chili sauce
9. Soya sauce
10. Noodles/ spaghetti
11. Oil
12. Salt
13. Black pepper powder
14. Egg
15. Spring onion


• First take a pan to add some water, add 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp of oil then allow it to boil. Then add the spaghetti or noodles in it, turn off the flame and cover the pan for 5 minutes. Then strain the water and replace it with cold water, so that the noodles won't stick together. Then leave it in the cold water.

• Take a pan to add some oil when the oil heats up to add an egg and stir it well, make the scrambled egg, then replace it in a bowl, then add some more oil in the pan, now add 1 tsp of chopped ginger and 1 tsp of chopped garlic, 5-6 sliced green chilies, stir it for 1 minute. Then add chopped carrots stir it well and wait for 1 minute to cook it, then add other veggies,(chopped onion, tomatoes, bell pepper) you can add whatever veggies you want, then fry the veggies for 2-3 minutes.

• After 3 minutes add chopped cabbage, then stir it again for 2 minutes. Take a bowl then add 2 tsp of tomato sauce, 2 tsp red chili sauce, 2 tsp of soya sauce, mix it well. Then add the sauce mixture in the fried veggies, stir well again for 1 minute.

• Then add fried scrambled egg in the pan, now the noodles, now stir it in a high flame and fry well, mix the noodles well with the sauce. Now add salt and black pepper powder to taste. Your delicious Chinese noodle is ready, now garnish it with spring onions. It's ready to serve.
